the EU spec car's dind came whit adjastable shocks.

if mount 4 shock of the us spec end buy a switch.

will it work that simple ?

no, there's a control unit that comes with it too... and they're VERY expensive from the factory (the struts)

Can't get the adjustable struts anymore. Nissan discontinued them. For the same price, you could but 5 sets of Illuminas. They also are a piece of shit for quality. I got about 30 - 40K miles before they went bad. I replaced mine 5 times before giving up on them.
